These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of rebellabs.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), our behavioral simulation platform at platform.rebellabs.com and related software, APIs, and services (the "Platform," and together with the Site, the "Services"), provided by Rebel Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Rebel Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This Participant Agreement (the "Agreement") sets the terms between you ("you" or "your") and Rebel Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Rebel Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), in connection with your participation in interviews, surveys, or other research activities conducted by Rebel Labs on rebellabs.com, its subdomains, or any interview link, phone number, or platform we operate or designate (the "Research Platform"). Please read this Agreement carefully. It includes important information about your legal rights, including a transfer of ownership in the content you provide, a release of claims, and an arbitration clause with a class action waiver. By clicking "I agree," by verbally confirming your consent at the start of a recorded interview, or by submitting any response or content to Rebel Labs, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement and by the Participant Privacy Notice at https://rebellabs.com/participant-privacy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Participant Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not click "I agree," do not begin the interview, and return the study on Prolific or the applicable recruitment platform. Arbitration notice. This Agreement contains an arbitration clause and a class action waiver in Section 11. Unless you opt out within 30 days as described in Section 11(g), you agree to resolve disputes with Rebel Labs through binding individual arbitration and waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

This Participant Privacy Notice ("Notice") explains how Rebel Labs Inc. ("Rebel Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about people who take part in our interviews, surveys, and research studies ("Participants," "you"). It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Participant Agreement at https://rebellabs.com/participant-agreement. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Participant Agreement. This Notice covers Participants only. If you are a visitor to rebellabs.com, a client, or a user of our platform, please see our general Privacy Policy at https://rebellabs.com/legal/privacy-policy. Summary. Rebel Labs recruits Participants located in the United States through third-party research platforms such as Prolific. Interviews are conducted by an AI interviewer and recorded on video and audio. Recordings are transcribed, direct identifiers are removed, and the de-identified transcripts are used to build AI agents that simulate how people with similar characteristics respond to decisions. De-identified transcripts and simulation outputs are shared with Rebel Labs' clients. Video is used to confirm that a real adult completed the interview and to assess interview quality, and recordings may be provided to Rebel Labs' clients for their evaluation of the research. Rebel Labs does not clone voices or faces and does not attempt to identify Participants. Rebel Labs references Participants by their recruitment platform ID and does not collect names or contact details.
